1. Our Quality Principles

Consistent Batches

We keep strict control of LEDs, PCBs, silicone and drivers from approved suppliers only, so repeated orders match previous batches in brightness, color and lifetime as closely as possible.

Tested Before Shipment

Each production run is checked on aging lines and electrical test benches. Critical models undergo photometric tests (integrating sphere, goniophotometer) so you can work with real data, not promises.

Documentation for Export

Product labels, cartons and technical files are prepared with customs and local regulations in mind, helping you pass inspections faster in the EU, UK and other markets.

2. Core Certifications

These marks apply at product level. For each model and market, we ensure that the required directives and standards are met, and can provide certificates or test reports on request.

These certifications apply to specific in-house factories, not to every site. They demonstrate the management level of our selected manufacturing bases, while all products still follow the required product standards.

CE – Conformité Européenne

Confirms that the product meets the basic safety requirements for sale in the EU/EEA.

RoHS – Restriction of Hazardous Substances

Limits hazardous substances in electronic products, such as lead and mercury.

UKCA – UK Conformity Assessed

Required for many products sold in Great Britain after Brexit.

REACH – Chemical Compliance

Ensures controlled use of chemicals in materials, important for long-term installations.

EPREL – EU Product Database for Energy Labelling

For eligible luminaires, energy data can be registered in EPREL to support retail and project requirements.

FSC & Recyclable Packaging

Where applicable, we use FSC-certified or recyclable cartons and clearly marked packaging to support sustainable logistics.

ISO 9001 – Quality Management

Shows that our partner factories operate under a documented quality management system focused on process control and continuous improvement.

For applicable power supplies and controllers, FCC compliance helps ensure electromagnetic interference is within US limits, supporting exports to North America.

What certifications do your products have?
